Tour participant will be notified of any schedule changes in advance. Cancellation Policy

ANY CANCELLATION IS SUBJECT TO A 15% ADMINISTRATION FEE; CANCELLATIONS MADE FROM 48 HOURS TO TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO TOUR DATE HAVE A 50% ADMINISTRATION FEE; AND LESS THEN 48 HOURS NOTICE, NO REFUND. If unable to attend tour date you have reserved and paid for and wish to go in the future, reservation can be transferred to a different date without any extra cost. New reservation date cannot exceed six (6) months from original tour date. New tour date must be scheduled at least two (2) weeks in advance. New reservation depending on availability. Passenger names may be changed for new reservation.

All cancellations must be received by email (Rianilee@twilighttoursinforks.com) or by calling the tour lines (360-374-TOUR or 360-640-8709). Refunds will be issued in the same form payment was made. Please allow two weeks for processing.

Pickup/Departure

Tours will leave promptly at 8:00am from the Twilight Tours in Forks Store at 37 N. Forks Ave. We are not responsible if a guest arrives late and therefore misses the departure.
